- 8 consecutive muscle-ups (new PR)
- 1 mile and 135 push-ups in 9:43 (strides and the number of consecutive push-ups got continually shorter each interval - tougher than I thought it would be:  surprise, surprise.</description>

		<description>OUCH!  If not the lactic acid burn, it was the chlorine burn.  A swimmer I am not, but this was fun in a way, warm day here so nice to get in the pool.  Nice way to mix up the usual crossfit stuff too

- Swimming is the bane of my existence!!  Done with side stroke for at least 600m.  My endurance felt fine; technique kills me.  Thank you to whoever invented life jackets.  Makes me glad I don't spend a lot of time on ships.

- On the other hand, if it's been a while since you've been to the pool, I would highly encourage you to at least jump in and get some work done (even if you don't complete the entire distance).  For me, it's an entirely different kind of conditioning.</description>
